How It Works:

  1. Purchase a new item either direct from Westell or through distribution at their regular price.
  2. Customer will receive a link to a web rebate form for online requests with their order confirmation. Westell will promote this offer and the web site via direct sales interactions, brochure and email offers.
  3. Complete the online request form.
  4. The completed online request will trigger Westell Customer Service to begin the RMA process.
  5. Customer Service will validate the request and process a credit return RMA in our SAP financial system.
  6. Customer Service will respond to the trade-in request with email containing the return instructions (email marked as Westell rebate form).
  7. Return the materials for rebate, clearly marking the return with the RMA number that they were provided (along with all other required return documentation).
  8. Customers may return the materials for rebate, one of two ways:
    1. Ship it back to the Westell Headquarters: provided RMA number must be clearly identified on retuned item as well as required return documentation.
    2. The unit may also be returned by an authorized Westell installer in conjunction with Westell installation service on the new unit. This rebate request must be processed ahead of the installation service date in order for the customer to give the installer the appropriate RMA number and paperwork at the scheduled time of the installation.
  9. Once return has been received and processed, Westell will issue a credit to the customer either via check (indirect customers) or internal credit (direct customers).

Terms & Conditions

Promotional period is effective July 15, 2016 through December 31, 2016.  All purchase orders must be received and shipments must be processed by December 31, 2016. Click here to view the detailed terms and conditions.
