ConferencePlus™ Announces "MyAccount Dashboard" and "ViewPlus™"

SCHAUMBURG, IL, AUGUST 25, 2004 – Conference Plus, Inc. (ConferencePlus), a leading global provider of audio, web, and videoconferencing services dedicated to the workplace of the future, today announced MyAccount Dashboard, a unique web-based tool that enables clients to quickly and effectively manage and schedule automated audio and web conferences online. ConferencePlus is a subsidiary of Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTL).

MyAccount Dashboard is designed to provide ConferencePlus clients with a fast and productive hands-on tool for managing their ConferenceAnytime™ and ConferencePasscode™ services with a standard web browser. MyAccount Dashboard provides “at a glance” access to key information clients require to manage their conferencing needs as well as to review their conferencing services history.

Clients directly access their MyAccount Dashboard by logging into their account through the ConferencePlus website. From the dashboard the host can schedule a future conference, edit or cancel a previously planned conference and manage their account profile. Clients can view their conference call services history for the past 90 days, including the total time and charges for each past conference.

MyAccount Dashboard also offers point-and-click access to ViewPlus, a web-based tool designed to simplify the way that clients use their ConferenceAnytime service. ViewPlus offers conference level controls that are easy to understand and use. ViewPlus provides real-time status to the conference host indicating whether the conference is locked or unlocked and gives the conference host the ability to mute/unmute or disconnect participants, name participant lines, dial out to other individuals, request operator assistance, and more - all by using simple point-and-click controls, thus eliminating the need to remember touch tone commands.

A key feature of both MyAccount Dashboard and ViewPlus is the ability to launch a web conference directly with a singe click of the mouse. Both tools are fully integrated with Microsoft® Office Live Meeting, WebEx Meeting Center and WebDialogs, providing both conference hosts and participants with easy, direct access to any web conference.

MyAccount Dashboard and ViewPlus are offered to ConferencePlus clients without any additional charge and represent another ConferencePlus investment in new technology to improve its conferencing services. ConferencePlus plans to continue to upgrade its features and functionality to provide the highest quality online conferencing experience possible.

“We developed these innovative web tools based on research with our clients to meet their specific and unique global conferencing needs”, said Ken Velten, Senior Vice President of Marketing, ConferencePlus.

“We are extremely proud of this latest client innovation and we’re very excited about the benefits of MyAccount Dashboard and ViewPlus. These are two of the most innovative new conferencing tools available and are unlike anything offered by our competitors for managing and scheduling conferences online,” Velten added.
