The new InstantConnect feature is designed to permit the most productive conferencing experience possible today. The company’s ConferenceAnytime customers are now able to add last minute invitees to a scheduled meeting. The feature also permits participants not originally invited to attend a meeting to be added as the conference progresses because they are determined to be important sources for answering questions and maintaining the conference flow.
The new ConferencePlus InstantConnect feature also permits customers to locate a participant who has yet to join the meeting and include them in the conference.
