SCHAUMBURG, IL, SEPTEMBER 14, 2005 – Conference Plus, Inc. (ConferencePlus), a leading global provider of audio, web, and videoconferencing services dedicated to the workplace of the future, announces today “GuaranteePlus,” a reliability program with a full money back service guarantee for its AudioPlus audio conferencing services.
ConferencePlus is making the new audio conferencing guarantee available to new customers located in the Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii that sign up for service before March 31, 2006. The guarantee covers participants and hosts calling from the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
“We are so confident in our audio conferencing service that we’re guaranteeing it,” said Ken Velten, Senior Vice President of Marketing, ConferencePlus. “If you are dissatisfied with the audio portion of any conference, it’s free! We believe this is the first offer of its kind in the conferencing industry,” Velten said.
The ConferencePlus reliability guarantee program provides a money-back refund if a customer is dissatisfied with their audio conference call. Users must notify ConferencePlus within 24 hours of the completion of the call to receive the refund. The guarantee applies only to the audio portion of conference calls provided by ConferencePlus to customers who sign up under the new reliability guarantee program.
“We are delighted to join ConferencePlus under this new program,” said Pat Sanders, Executive Secretary of The Centers for Youth and Families in Little Rock, Arkansas. “As a not for profit organization providing critical services for children and their families, we need partners that we can depend on. The ConferencePlus Reliability Guarantee enables us to focus on helping people without worrying about our conferencing service,” Sanders added.
“With the incredible amount of merger and acquisition activity in our industry and lower pricing affecting profitability and capital investment, service and reliability have suffered at many of our competitors. ConferencePlus, on the other hand, has been able to operate with exceptional reliability and customer satisfaction levels,” Velten said. “Our financial stability has enabled us to continue investing in our people, systems, and technology to provide a service our customers can trust and rely upon. That’s why we are willing to stand behind our service with this guarantee,” Velten added.
Every day, ConferencePlus randomly surveys its clients to determine customer satisfaction levels and identify trends and needs in the marketplace. These surveys are tabulated, analyzed, and reviewed on a monthly basis. The 2004 ConferencePlus survey report showed customer satisfaction approaching the 99.5% level with its AudioPlus™ services.
