Optima For Administrators

Course description

Administrator level training enables the participants to build, use, and maintain their Optima management system. When finished, the participants will have all the necessary skills and experience to manage and grow the solution.

Prerequisites: Knowledge of Linux is helpful but not required

Remote Products for Administrators

Course description

Participants will learn how to configure the Remote suite of products (Remote RMX-3200 and RMM-1400) using Command Line Interface (CLI) commands through demonstrations and hands-on activities. The class covers typical configurations of analog alarms, measurements, discrete inputs and outputs, serial connections and WAN connections on an individual basis or as part of a larger solution. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of actions, events, responses and mediation connections is also covered.

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
Duration: One and a half to two days (based on customer specific applications)
Class size: Eight participants maximum
