Warranties and Returns


Westell provides standard one (1) year limited warranty for most products. Extended product warranties are also available. View our Global Warranty and Returns Policy here.

To request an RMA number for return and/or repair, please complete the RMA Request form.

Repair charges for out-of-warranty products apply. Out-of-warranty products that are determined to be unrepairable will be returned to the owner “as-is”.

Support for Modems, Gateways and Routers Formerly Owned by Westell

Most of Westell’s modems, gateways, and routers were sold to NETGEAR in April 2011. For information on these products, please visit the NETGEAR website. If you are an end user and require technical support, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
