With the guidance and expertise of financial and legal advisors, the Company elicited and explored potential divestiture opportunities, but decided not to pursue these opportunities at this time.

(NASDAQ: WSTL), a leading provider of broadband products, gateways and conferencing services, today announced results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2008, ending March 31, 2008. Total revenue for the fourth quarter was $44.7 million, a decrease from the $60.0 million reported in the prior year period. Net loss during the period was $61.5 million, or $0.87 per diluted share, compared to net income of $0.6 million, or $0.01 per diluted share in the same period last year.
