The Westell Independent Reseller Network (WIN) Partner Program is designed to help drive our partner's success by offering a valuable set of marketing, sales, training and suppor tools. Who are WIN Partners?

WIN Partners are VARs, system integrators, dealers, agents, consultants, contractors or distributors that resell Westell products.

Benefits of the WIN Partner Program

  • Preferred Discount Pricing
    • WIN Partners receive preferred pricing for equipment purchased through a Westell Authorized Distributor.

  • Personalized Sales Support
    • Each Gold and Platinum WIN Partner is assigned to a Westell Regional Sales Director (RSD) who will join the WIN Partner in visiting key customers, assist in product configurations and contract negotiations, and help to build the sales pipeline.

  • Sales and Technical Training
    • WIN Partners will receive sales training to support sales success. Westell also offers technical training, webinars and email communication to ensure that the Partner is up to date on the latest Westell products and news.

  • Marketing Resources
    • WIN Partners will have access to Westell’s Partner Portal, filled with detailed product information, presentations, and other marketing materials.

  • Marketing Development Funds
    • Gold and Platinum level WIN Partners may apply to receive financial support for outbound marketing activities. Market Development Funds (MDF) are awarded at Westell’s sole discretion and are subject to prior written approval by the Westell marketing team. Eligible marketing activities include trade shows, telemarketing campaigns, direct mail, WIN Partner organized events and more.

  • Leads
    • Westell’s marketing and inside sales teams continuously execute new campaigns, promotions and events designed to generate business leads for our WIN Partners. Distribution of leads will be closely tied to the ability with which the partners follow-up and successfully close opportunities.

  • Custom Systems Integration
    • As an extension of our partner's own organization, Westell is proud to offer our best-in-class integration services. WIN Partners have the benefit of selling Custom Systems Integration Services (CSI) directly to their customers whenever a project requires focused attention or a higher level of expertise. Cost and availability depends on the scope and location of the project.

  • Technical Support
    • Westell Technical Support is available to all our WIN partners as a third level support center. This serves as a backup to our partner's own demonstrated excellence in providing first and second level support services to their customers. WIN Partners will always receive quick, courteous and efficient response from Westell Technical Support.
