Westell® ProtectLinkV2™ Fiber DAS HE and RE
Westell’s ProtectLinkV2 (PLV2) Fiber DAS Headend (HE) and Remote End (RE) allow for fiber connectivity for UHF and VHF with public safety BDAs and ORUs, and they provide fiber to RF conversion and communication between the headend and remote units.
PLV2 Fiber HE can support fiber connectivity for up to four remotes with single mode fiber connecting an existing BDA to the PLV2 HE.

Introduced earlier this year into a market straining to meet the needs of 5G network buildouts, the NPTPA400D8-ST had quickly become a standard by providing a telecom fused disconnect of DC power to active equipment from the central office to remote shelters.
Now, the enhanced NPTPA400D8-ST-V option includes vertical adaptors for input terminals for top-down input cable installation. This new option eliminates the need to plan for the input cable bend radius while allowing maximum cable size (maximum power) to connect to the panel.
