SUMMARY: The Office Manager / HR Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of the Westell office environment and perform HR functions such as payroll processing. This position will support multiple department heads and is expected to work on-site daily.


  • Payroll management & data entry using ADP platform
  • Backup HR support for all employees
  • Assist with recruiting & resume prescreening for all departments
  • On-boarding for new hires including orientations
  • Review monthly health and ancillary insurance bills
  • Assist with annual workers compensation and 401K audits
  • Responsible for payroll related journal entries
  • Maintaining and auditing compliance for the warehouse (OSHA and other compliance)
  • Ad-hoc projects/tasks as requested by management


  • High School Diploma required
  • 3+ years in office management
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role and answering employee questions
  • Experience with payroll processing, experience with ADP preferred
  • Experience dealing with multiple State Tax departments on payroll issues
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Spanish speaking and writing skills, a plus
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create spreadsheets and data analysis in Excel.
